Athletic training gear you can move and sweat in. Bring training shoes, water, notebook, and snacks if you need them. This is hands-on. Come ready to work.

You should be an active coach or trainer with foundational movement literacy. This is not beginner content. You'll be training, assessing movement, and applying advanced concepts in real time.
4-6 hours at West Coast Iron Gym. Expect to be on your feet, taking notes, training, and working through live coaching scenarios.
